These terms govern your use of the Pitshkofy Android application (package com.vagabond.pitshkofy) and the backend at api.pitshkofy.com, both operated by Vagabond Consulting LLC. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pitshkofy. The app contains simulated-gambling mechanics (Spin Wheel, Scratch Cards) used for entertainment and reward distribution. No real money is wagered — coins have no purchase value, only a redemption value once you reach the payout threshold. One account per person. Multiple accounts and bot-driven engagement are grounds for termination.

Coins can be redeemed for payouts via PayPal or selected gift cards through Tremendous. The minimum redemption threshold and exchange rate are shown inside the app at the time you submit a redemption request and can be changed with 14 days notice.
We will deny payouts and may terminate accounts that show evidence of:
If your account is terminated for fraud, any pending coin balance is forfeited and we are not obligated to issue any payout.
Pitshkofy is funded entirely by advertising. By using the app you agree to receive ads from Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity, Meta Audience Network, AdGem and Pollfish. In the EU and UK, ad personalisation is gated behind the UMP consent screen and you can change your choice anytime under Settings → Privacy.
You can delete your account inside the app at Settings → Account → "Delete my account". We can suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms, abuse, fraud, or as required by law. Coins held by a terminated account are forfeited.
Pitshkofy is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free of bugs, or that any specific feature will continue to exist. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. For consumer disputes initiated by EU/UK users, the mandatory protections of your country of residence apply and you can sue Vagabond Consulting LLC in your local court.
We may amend these terms. Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
